My Reactive Tool Box

I try to be as proactive with our wellness as I can, but sometimes I have to be reactive too. Life happens.

I promised I would type this up for all those who attended the class in person or watched the video version. I know that I will update and add to this list again and again as I learn more about holistic approaches to wellness, but we all have to start somewhere.
